These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the savves.in website and the products/services offered by Savves ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Sarthakshree AV Vision and Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide sale, supply, installation, and annual maintenance of CCTV/IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control, biometric attendance, video door phones, fire alarm systems, EPABX, mobile signal boosters, wireless networking and video conferencing solutions. Exact scope, pricing and timelines for any project are confirmed separately in a written quotation or work order.
Prices quoted are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation and are subject to change without prior notice for orders placed after expiry. An order is confirmed only after written or verbal acceptance and, where applicable, payment of the agreed advance.
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site, along with necessary power and network infrastructure, unless otherwise agreed. Installation timelines depend on site readiness, material availability and are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment terms (advance, milestone or full payment) will be specified in the quotation/invoice. Products and equipment remain the property of Savves until payment is received in full.
Products are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty. Installation workmanship is covered as per the terms agreed at the time of order. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are separate paid services with their own scope of coverage, as detailed in the AMC agreement.
While we take all reasonable care in installation and service delivery, Savves is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of footage/data due to hardware failure, power outages, tampering, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
